Hello! I am planning to sponsor my sister in law under the new caregiver pilot program to launch this month. She graduated with BSN degree in 2009 but not fortunate to pass the board exams after a few attempts. She is currently working as a policewoman(which obviously is not related to caregiving).
I read on some old posts about the education within 3 years of applying for work permit. Since she graduated in 2009, does she need still need to take the 6 (or 7 months) caregiving course?
