applying after exclusion order need experts assistance

hi there
i was a full time student in Canada went on study permit in September 2013 and got an exclusion order of one year in May 2014 at the Vancouver airport while returning from home country because i have texts in my phone relating to work and had no work permit at that time . Moreover i admire that i do work in Canada without work permit and the CBSA officer put me into admissibility and issue me an exclusion order of one year.
Now my exclusion has expired an i got admission in an well known university in Master Of Engineering. I am again seeking to get entry in Canada.
Can you help me what steps should I have to follow now.
Do I still need ARC even if exclusion is expired

Your suggestion will be valuabe for me
Plz help me out
i have all the documents issued bu CIC and CBSA
.

One more factor I want to include is my current situation is changed since I left canada and have strong ties to my home country . Moreover I will pay my full tuition fee and won't be self funded in canada . This means I won't have to work here . My only goal will complete my masters .
i applied last month and got refused by stating that i previously contravaned the conditions

So you entered canada on sept 2013 and you were working durning that time without work permit. You left home and came back at the border they knew that you were working. ???

Given the history of illegal work, you have little chance of being approved for any form of temporary residence (student, worker, visitor).

Dear Rajvir,

I think that your visa application will keep on getting rejected for the same reason. Best option for you is to apply through a lawyer. An expert immigration lawyer. The reason is because, every time you apply you get one more rejection and this will diminish your chances for getting a visa.
Also there is something called as a GIC bond in Canada which you can buy to prove your financial viability. Also you can talk to your university and ask them if you can pay the full tuition fees in advance and if visa is rejected, will they be willing to refund the money.

This way, when you write your SOP you can actually clarify that you were working to fund your own study and this time you would not be working as your tuition fees have already been paid.

This is my suggestion.

How did the CBSA officer get to know of your illegal work situation? That too from texts in your phone? :O

@ badi :- yea i came to canada on a valid student permit and cbsa just check me on regular basis . I dont know that they already know that i was working or not. But that cbsa officer asked to give my phone only , may be she knows that i have some thing in my phone or she simply want to check it . who knows?

I want to add some info here that this time when i applied , I had paid the full university fee for the complete course and I also have that GIC bond. I stated in my sop that i was on self funding last time and this time i have paid all my expenses and living expenses too. So. their would be no chance that I will work for money.
I have valid experience for 2 years as a mechanical engineer and my only intention is to complete my studies so that i can gain expertise in my field because without having aster degree no one can attain a higher position. But visa officer quoted that I m refusing your application as
1. your purpose of visit
2. You have previously contravaned the conditions.
I m really confused that how could I prove that I wont Break any rule and I respect canadian law too that is why I left voluntarily and compiled with the order.
Adding more, If their are no chances of getting visa then why CIC stated on their site that you are welcome to re apply after one year punishment. They simply have to write that IF one get exclusion order wont enter or apply ever to come to canada again.

Please help me out some ways and I m in India How can i reach to an expert lawyer can somebody help me out to get some expert and honest lawyer

You've already proven that you don't respect Canadian law by working illegally.

Many people are able to enter Canada again after being issued an Exclusion Order. You are being refused because you worked illegally.

I agree that i did a mistake and I have gone through the punishment too even in a hardest way.
As i m more responsible individual so in future I wont break any rule.

Why don't you try David Cohen. They own this forum I think. If they have such a good forum, they should also be quite good. I don't know about their prices, so I can't comment how much its going to cost.
