Hi I'm new here,

Just have a question. I have an employer that willing to sponsor my brother in well known restaurant. My brother qualification back home is Mechanical Engeenering and he had 6 months experienced at fast food? Do you think there's a possibility that immigration or the visa officer grant him a working visa in the Philippines?
Hoping a get some info it would be a great help.

Has the employer already obtained an approved LMIA? This is the first step.
