Apply with ITA for Express Entry (work experience)

Hello all experts and candidates applied with ITA,

I have few questions regarding application with ITA. I haven't received my ITA yet, but preparing for my documents of work experience.

In the case of work experience, it will show each employer you need to get documents from. One of my previous overseas employer dissolved into other company. Most employees left their jobs and my previous employer don't exist anymore. I have very specific questions:

(1) What kind of specific documents of work experience CIC will ask during application with ITA?
(2) How will I get my documents of work experience? Whom should I contact (previous company HR/ current HR dept) to get this document? I am worried if I couldn't reach my previous employer, scenario will be completely opposite for my Express entry.
(3) Is that experience/joining letter not enough docs of work experience?

If you not be able to get some previous employment letter you no need to, as long as you have enough scores for get an ITA, do not fill in EE profile as well, but when you received an ITA you can fill that work experience into personal history section because you didn't clam the point form in, you will be fine.

My scenario is bit similar, I need to show one of my work experience to get point. I used to work for a company more than one year as a BA position. When i left the company on 2013 I just get Release and Experience letter. But unfortunately that company has closed permanently. I have last 9 months salary transaction details (bank statement). Is that OK if company close permanently?
