I have 13 years of teaching experience but left job two years ago. I am interested in obtaining a PR but doubtful due to the gap in work. Can I still apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program? I have a very low CRS score of 327 due to my age (55) but planning on boosting it through learning French.

Are you even eligible to submit a profile with 67 selection points due to age. You calculate that first before CRS.
Yes I have greater than 67 selection points. As I mentioned, I have a CRS score of 327 which I received from the official website.
As long as you have at least one year of continuous work experience, meaning without breaks, within the last 10 years you can qualify. You will only score enough points to be selected if you are able to learn French and score CLB7 across all four categories in the test so that you can qualify for the French language category draws.
