Apply TVR with post graduation workpermit outside Canada

Hi guys. i need some advises on my situation.

I just recently received my post graduation work permit, which is valid until August 2016. My TVR is valid until July 2014.

I will be fine if i just stay in Canada and apply for new visa when my old one expiring. However, as i just finished my bachelor degree at UBC and decided to continue study graduate school. I have received offer from UCL in London, which is very good school. I will be studying in London from this September 13 to September 14. My question is If i apply my TVR at UK, will i be rejected?
