Apply Tourist from USA holding H1B

I am currently in the USA, having a H1B approval reciept but dont have a H1B Stamp. While applying for the visa, there is a question "Do you currently hold a valid U.S nonimmigrant visa?"
What should I select "Yes" or "No"?

i dont have h1b stamp and also my student F1 visa is expired in 2020.

I am also have same concern for question "Do you hold Valid U.S. Nonimmigrant visa? Yes or No. --- I am H1b and it is valid till June 2024 but I dont have any H1b stamp on my passport and we last year travelled India and used AP to enter USA. also my Latest EAD/AP combo card approved in Feb first week and which is valid Feb 24 to Feb 29.
