Let's say one has enough points for ITA while on a student visa(Master's course), is one allowed to apply?

Given that all documents like ECA(undergraduate degree), PCC, work reference letters, etc... are ready...

Sure - you can apply.

No reason why you can't but just be careful because if you ever need a student visa extension then your EE application could be considered dual intent.

Has anyone managed to go from student visa to PR status before finishing their post grad courses?

Do you have any update please? Is it okay to apply for FSW or PNP while being on student visa? will they catch me even if I am in the pool without receiving ITA while I apply for Post study workpermit?
