I have 2 study permit refusals which i applied from Turkey. (Purpose of visit, Travel History, Family Ties)
I will have 1 year business person visa and residence permit from UK and also i could extend it at the end of the first year but i would rather choose studying in Canada if i get visa.
If i apply from UK, does it make positive effect? Which country's consular will decide the result of my visa application UK or Turkey?
(Because Turkey refusal rates are high and VO rejects almost half of the applies with the consern of immigration. Considering an application from UK, i will already have a chance to live and work in another country. I think it may help to my situation or am i wrong?)
