Apply pr to Quebec

Hi,
I wanna apply pr to Quebec.i did bsc.Nursing(4rs) in India and I have one year work experience and 5.5 bands in listening and speaking and overall and also passed the French level a1 and a2.im single.plz help and advice me can I apply pr to Quebec???how many points I need to apply pr.and I get adaptabilty point how much it will be or interview will be must?????Plz help me.thanks

you have 51 points , you need only 49 points to apply for Quebec PR, Could you tell me your points for Listening and speaking in A1 & A2? Then we can calculate your final points.
