Apply PR from Canada to New Delhi Post June 26 2010

Hello members,

Anybody applied PR living in Canada having NewDelhi as Visa Office?
I am planning for CEC to apply this month end...

I already applied FSW2 in buffalo,but they didnt even look at my application yet and still in RBVO...

How to send the passport for stamping? is the processing time is better than Buffalo for CEC categort?
Please share your thoughts

I felt new delhi would be better for speedy process?
