It all depends. Are you taking a paid vacation from the job? Or are you exiting the job for the time, to be rehired when you get back? Those are two different things and if it is the 2nd option, you risk being asked for information while you are out of a job. Plus it goes against the essence of using LMIA for the PR process. They took all this time an effort to get the LMIA only for you to exit the role, doesn't look good or make sense.
Otherwise, go ahead and take your paid vacation, no issues there.
