Apply PNP while EE profile on the pool!

Hi,

My EE profile is now on the pool with CRS 410 with possibility of increase to 425 at the end of this month. My NOC is NOC 2011 - 2121 - Biologists and related scientists.

Now I am wondering if I can submit any PNP application to any province?
