hello.
i plan family support in S. korea and move back to canada after.
so we(my husband, me and our daughter) would not come back to Korea.
my husband and daughter are canadian, but i do not have any permit so i would get visitor stamp when i go through custom.
do i need round ticket to show custom since i have visitor visa even though i would not go back to Korea and my result would arrive soon.

thanx in advance.

So just to confirm... you will apply for PR via the "outland" process while you are living in Korea. Then you want to travel to Canada during the processing to wait until you get COPR?

When travelling to Canada, I think it's a good idea to get a return airplane ticket. I've heard many stories from Korean airlines, that they sometimes want to see proof of return ticket before they even let you board the airplane. Also when you get to Canada, having a return ticket will help very much in getting your visitor status. If you buy a return ticket that's fully refundable, then you can just cancel it if you don't ever use it and get a refund.

Remember you can NOT "move" to Canada until you are a PR. You can only "visit". This is very important. Most likely you will be allowed to visit for 6 months. And after that time if you are still waiting for COPR, you'll need to apply for a visitor visa renewal. If you are not approved for renewal then you need to be prepared to go back to Korea to wait.
