Hi Friends..

i applied last year under NOC 2147 in october 2013..but never heard from them . Probably cap got filled. I have got no response from them yet. My documents are also with them. How should i start my preprrations for 2014 ?

Any change in noc list for 2014 ?

The program may not reopen for 2014. CIC may wait until 2015 when they introduce EOI.

If the program is reopened for 2014, it is impossible to say what occupations will be on the list.

You will have to wait and see what happens.

I submited my applicatio for FSTW on the November 8th 2013 but no response yet and no deductions on my account for visa fee. So, i have not gotten any reply from cic.
Does it means that the cap have reached?

You applied on october for 2147 the cap was already filled on July. You didn't check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp
