Apply for Work Permit through MyCIC not working?

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to start a WP application through MyCIC, but something appears to be broken. I was pressing the button "Visitor visa, study and/or Work permit" on the screenshot below (I guess it is correct way to start the WP application?):

Strange thing is that it asks me for Personal Reference Code to determine eligibility, since I am logging in with my complete EE profile and I have additional 600 points for BC PNP already assigned. So, I don't have the PRC, but OK - I tried with "Determine you eligibility and apply online..." button:

After the short questionnaire (2 pages) it tells me I'm eligible for Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class. When I press continue, I'm getting:

Please help! Does anyone have a similar issue and is there some official email where I can submit this issue?

What browser are you using?
Did you try logging out and trying it again in a different browser?

It was a good idea, but unfortunately the same issue persists (tried with Chrome and Safari). Does the Come to Canada tool work for you?

its actually not a browser/computer issue , i've had a similar experience .however, i was not applying for anything just checking my profile and 7 out of 10 times it returned with errors. like 403 or couldn't find the page and stuff . i guess they are working on the website

Thank you! Yes, it looks like an issue on their end. I've already submitted a ticket, I hope they respond to those.

It's so frustrating - I finally have everything ready for the WP application and now it's delaying over such a silly problem.

yeah i know .it is very frustrating not only it is stopping candidates from accessing / processing their applications but it has also been the main reason for the delay of ITA draws . we all hope it gets resolved soon as possible . :
