Apply for Work Permit as Spouse's dependent

Hello All,

My spouse got the admission in University of Calgary in MPP(Master in Public Policy) course. She is applying for a Student Visa.

I want to accompany her to Canada with Work Permit.

Which are the options available with me? I have got many responses but none are matching with each other which made me confused about the actual legal process.

Can anybody help me with this?
