Apply for Super Visa or Visitor Visa

Hello,

I am permanent resident and expecting a baby born in December, 2013. I would like to have my mom come to Canada to help me with the baby.
She was refused Visitor Visa once before because she did not have enough money in the bank, but this time it should be OK.
I am not sure should I apply Super Visa for her or Visitor Visa ? Which one is easier to get the Visa?

Generally it is easier to apply for a super visa than a visitors visa. Be sure the check the requirements with Citizenship and Immigration Canada such as Income cut off and buy insurance to submit with the application.

When apply for the Super Visa, should I just apply for my mother, or for both father as well?
