Apply for study permit whose kid is Canadian

Hi,all,

My son was born in Canada,but I only have visitor visa. Now ,I want to apply for a college study permit, then work at Canada. Have you met similiar case like me? Some one says my case will be refused at hight risk because of purposes of study. Is it true?
