Hello, everyone

I am willing to apply for SOWP, if anyone could help with my application.
This application is very important to me, I love my current job so much and wish to extend my stay in Canada.

Here is my general information:
My PGWP will expire in June, and I am currently working in the full time permanent position (NOC:1223). My employer cannot apply to LMIA for me.
My BF's (Common law partner) PGWP will expire in Feb, 2016. He works as a permanent full time Bookkeeper (NOC: B) right now. However, he just got this job 3 weeks ago, and so far received 1 pay stub.

Questions:
1. I am wondering if he could support me to apply for SOWP, since he just got 1 pay stub? Or should I wait for another month, then he could get 3-4 pay stubs? Short employment history could increase the risk to get rejected?
2. What kinds of supporting documents I need to attached in the application? (The relevant info on CIC website is very very limit...)
3. Should my bf need to ask for an employment letter that lists his detail duties on it?
4. Should I ask an employment letter from my employer?

Thanks for taking time to read my posting!
Wish everyone good luck!

Sandra

Hi Sandra, I know my friend did the same thing with lawyer and he used 3month salary slips, job description of the principal applicant including hours of work, terms of employment and wage and a short description of duties involved, passport copies and relationship proof like a marriage certificate. For you they may ask to submit a copy of ur cv. I hope this helps.
