Apply for Quebec CSQ Immigration through two different ways

I am wondering if someone have applied already for Quebec CSQ Immigration as a Private Sponsorship Refugee , could he able as well to apply for Quebec CSQ Immigration through - Skilled Worker category?

Does this may affect his current application in Private Sponsorship Refugee?

I wish if anyone can have any idea regarding this issue.
