Hi everyone!
I think I have some kind of a very difficult situation to share and to discuss.
I came to Canada under LCP in April 2011, and this year I will apply for my PR with 3900 hours (which I gained 3900 already, just waiting for FBI criminal record check).
I have changed employers 2 times and have a 10 month gap of waiting for LMO and permit to start to work with new employer. That's why it took me almost 4 years to complete the program.
In April 2015, I will exceed the 4 year limit length of time to work in Canada.
The question is:
- Can I still apply for PR under LCP?
- If I submit the application before April, am I still eligible for PR and to stay in Canada?
- Am I not overstay, right?
I will call the CIC again, what I get from them, will share with you guys.
