apply for PR-lost documents

I am currently working in US for 8 years, have a total of 12 years work experience, have a masters degree from US and am an Indian citizen.
I am applying for PR, but my marklists for my undergraduate program was lost at my university in US. I do have my degree certificate and photocopies(attested) of my marklists. I do have my MS degree marklists and all documents pertaining to that degree. Is that a roadblock for PR application?

You need the original mark-sheet scan when you will be submitting your PR application.
At the time of submission of EE profile, its not needed.

'If you have a Masters from US, I think that should be fine... usually WES only needs the highest degree attested - especially from US/UK..
you will need to apply on WES website to get masters evaluation, and get the transcripts sent directly .. and you can send the degree copy yourself... they should evaluate it as equivalent to Canadian Masters, therefore giving you the points required.
