Background:
Misplaced my PR card, need to apply for a replacement through the online PR portal.

Issue:
According to IMM5644e (checklist), I need to submit proof of residency obligation, and according to the Appendix A: Residency obligation I need to submit at least 2 types of proof. However in the PR portal I can only submit one single document under "Document type -> Proof of Residency in Canada", after one submission (e.g. NOA for tax year 2024 only), this option is greyed out...

Question:
1. What should I do if I want to submit multiple files such as NOA, bank statements, bills for the last 5 years?

Combine them in one PDF document.

Note you do not need to submit 5 years worth of statements or bills. It asks for two documents only.

So if I combine the latest NOA (tax year 2024) and my latest bank statement (March 2025) into one PDF doc, this single doc is a good evidence that I have fulfilled the residency obligation in the past 5 years?

I would recommend you submit one recent document and one that is a little older to cover a longer period. If you feel more comfortable, you can of course attach more documents, but it is not required and definitely attaching 5 years' worth of banks statements is excessive.

My wife and my PR cards are up for renewal.
1- Can we file two applications from one IRCC account?
2- If yes, how? Do we need to complete one application first and then start the second?
TIA
