Apply for PGWP and EE together?

Hello,
I'll be graduating soon from my 1-year study and getting the certificate will give me enough points for Express Entry. I'm hoping to stay in Canada and work while I'm waiting for the PR. Can I apply for both PGWP and Express Entry? Which one should I do first? Thank you!

You can apply them at the same time. I would suggest you to apply for PGWP first as you intend to work and PGWP's processing time is shorter than EE.
