Apply for ONIP Human Capital Stream

So I am considering PR and EE seems tricky as my score could be too low but was considering OINP. My PGWP expires Nov so here is my background

1. Been in CA since 2016 and have a BA and MA
2. No job offer yet but searching
3. My CRS score I calcuted is 480

My experience was TEER 1 and NOC 41201

I was told that number/score is not included in the draw. Is this true?

I don’t even think that NOC is selected. Human Capital Stream has specific NOCs in healthcare, ECE, trades etc. Read the requirements and past draws.

You need to hire a lawyer or consultant to ask all the questions and guide you.
