Apply for immigration to both Ontario and British Columbia

Hi,
I am considering applying for my Canadian PR and have not decided where in Canada exactly, other than it will be one of either Ontario or British Columbia. The Express Entry form requires you to select one of them. I was wondering if there is a way to apply to both of them. Is this:

1. Not possible, I have to apply to only one of them.
2. Requires me to apply via two different applications?
3. Not recommended

Or is there something else that I am unaware of?

Assuming you expect to be picked under the Federal program (rather than provincial) - it doesn't matter which of the two provinces you pick. You can settle wherever you want to (with the exception of Quebec).
