Can i Apply for immigration canada if i had only higher school certificate
i have Many certificate in Microsoft
and i have more than eight years experience in IT

you must have at least 1 year experience in the skills specified by CIC. i am afraid, you cannot because if your are going for federal skilled worker program, each skill require a minimum bachelors degree.

However, you can apply under "Skilled trades" Program. Check: www . cic . gc . ca/english/immigrate/trades/apply-who.asp#noc
