Apply for General arts and science

Hello help me.

I have got only 2 subjects in A level which are both of first year only i.e As level.
I also have ielts.

Now can I go Canada in for General arts and science courses as university transfer or for any preparatory courses???

Any suggestions mean a lot!!!
