Hello! I want to apply through self-employed federal program but also in order to ensure myself against a denial I want to apply through Saskatchewan nominee program .The question is this: Is it even possible? Can I apply for both of them at the same time? And for example if I get nominated by province might they deny me stating that I applied for federal program .thank you!

There are no rules that say you can't have more than one application going at the same time. CIC may ask you to withdraw one of them when the other is getting close to being completed.

Hey guys! Please help me! I want to apply through federal program under self employed.I am 21 married, and my mom is permanent resident! Also as s back up plan I want to apply through Saskatchewan semi skilled. If I apply through federal first(which will take 12 months for the document to come through) and then apply through Saskatchewan, will visa officer question me about my mother?might he deny me saying that I applied through federal first and will doubt my staying in Saskatchewan after receiving PR?please help me! Is it possible that he might say,if you applied through federal, you should not apply through provincial?thanks
