Apply for ECA

Dear All,

I am going to apply for another ECA body 'WES'. I have following educational qualification.

Program Name : Bsc. (Hons.) in Information Technology specialized in Computer System and Networking
Duration : 4 years - Full Time (year 2005-2009)
Medium : English Medium
Results : CGPA 3.40 (second class honours upper division)

But from their online application there is no place to upload the degree certificate and transcript.

Do i need them to courier them separately to WES Mail Address ?

Can i ask you what the purpose is.
And ECA depends on the candian state to which you r applying for.

WES, ICAS and few other for each state in canada.
Check for forums plz.
