Apply for close working permit

I'm applying for closed working permit. and employer already done his part(fill forms and paid$230). Now is my part. i'm not sure what to do for this two

1.Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (I don't know what do i need to submit for this one)
2.Employer Questionnaire and Declaration (should i say no in the questionnaire to make it disappear?)>

We might need more info to give you accurate feedback. Given the 230 figure, Im assuming you are processing a LMIA-Exempt work permit. If that's the case, then proof you are qualified includes your educational certificates.

Sorry I didn't give more details. Yes it's LMIA-Exempt working permit. i got AINP nominated and my working permit is gonna expires this month. I submitted my resume and my educational certificates. Hope it works

For my LMIA-Exempt work permit which was research at university I uploaded my educational certificates as proof of being qualified for the job.

No, When I was doing the online work permit renew application, my employer advised me:
"please answer ‘no’ to the question if you have the ‘Employer Questionnaire and Declaration’ on the online questionnaire since this form is no longer required."

Maybe you need to make sure if it is the same for your case, but I guess it should be for all LMIA-exempt work permits.

Yea, I think so too. So I didn't submit this form. ;D I hope everything goes fine. So bad that we need to appliy for closed working permit :'(
