I will turn 18 in the Summer. Can I apply for citizenship (or my parents on my behalf) from a foreign address before turning 18 to avoid the PHYSICAL residency requirements and to speed up the overall process?

I am a PR because I landed in Canada ten years ago and I am living abroad with my parents (my mother is Canadian, but I was born before she became Canadian), so I am meeting the PR residency requirements because I am accompanying a Canadian parent.

Is it even possible to take the test or oath abroad? If not, this may not be an issue because I may attend university in Canada anyway, but would they reject an application for a minor from abroad.

Yes - you can apply for citizenship using the minor application process.

Note that since you are over 14, you will be required to take and pass the citizenship knowledge test. This test can only be taken in Canada.
