I Have been in UK for 5 years from 2007 to 2011 and i have completed Masters from there and have applied for Post Study Work Visa and got refused on 320 (7b) grounds as i have completed my Masters from the institutes which i have never been granted visa for and i didnt enrol my studies in the institute in which i was granted to remain in UK and study at the POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA course.
The only issue for this circumstance was that the institute in which i have completed Masters didnt issue me CAS for VISA and I was at the end of my studies but i had no other resort to get the visa from other institute in the pgd course and finish the studies in the previous institute.
i have been offered job in Canada and i already got endorsement from the relevant province. Now i am in the procedure to apply for PR or TRV but there is one section #6 (e) which states have u ever been refused entry or ordered to leave any country or Canada? 6 (d) have you ever been refused visit, TRV, PR of any other country now i am confused which point i need to select yes and what will be the outcome of refusal reasons if i will mention it? and how i will mention it?
Please guide me as i have already made blunder with UK immigration History and i dont want anymore with any other country.
