Apply for a VISA inside Canada

I'm trying to renew my family member's Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) from within Canada. However, when I attempt to fill out the application for my children, the only option available is to extend their study permit. They already have valid study permits for the next three years, and I only need to apply for the TRV.

Could you please advise on how to proceed?
