Apply Express Entry from the current residing county

I am working in a Gulf country for more than 5 years. As Express Entry process is through online, is there any difference to show that I apply from Gulf Country or from my own county? How to differentiate that I am applying from the current residing country in Express Entry ?

During your application your correspondence address will be of gulf (COuntry of residence) and your country of Citizenship will be India.
I have the same situation by the way and there are plenty of people who are applying from the country where they are working.
