All,

I would be out of my home country (India) for the next 6 mths or 2/3 yrs.

I am waiting for my ECA to be completed (documents sent) IELTS done as well.

I am expecting for my EE process to take 4-5 mths thereafter.

I would like to understand if i need to come back to India for any of the EE steps, i believe medical maybe one.

Also are there any steps that i can do before i travel?

You will not need to go back to your home country for any reason. Even for medical, you can have it done at any country. In fact, it is better to choose your destination as your country of residence for your PR application. Good luck!

Can you clarify your statement

You said that you are traveling for at least 6 months to some other country (say Country X). So, this Country X should be your country of residence in your PR application. Good Luck!
