Apply EE under NOC 6311 with $11.40/hr wage

I am a restaurant supervisor and I am going to apply for Express Entry under NOC 6311. However in our restaurant, one of my duty is that I have to serve alcohol to the patrons so the minimum wage is $11.40 instead of $12.65 (due to alcohol serving under Liquor Control and Licensing Act). On the government website it says minimum wage for supervisor is $12.65, so as food and beverage server, it doesn’t mention anything about alcohol serving. Do you thing I will qualify for Express Entry? I have the reference letter stating my job duties and my start and end date. Thank you!
