Hi everyone, I am waiting for PGWP with the temporary PGWP letter, and want to apply for CSQ before November 23 because I graduated from an English university. Does anyone know if it will prevent me from applying? My study permit and CAQ has expired after graduation in August. Now I am implied status and still waiting for pgwp, not sure it will come before end of November. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
