Apply CEC and PNP together?

Hello, everyone,

I would like to know if I can apply cec and php together? In my case, I have a CRS score of 485, so my concerning would be the processing time. Normally the pnp program takes 4 months to assert, and I don't know if the processing time in cic part is same as CEC steam. So if anyone can let me know which program is faster in my case, it would be awesome. Also, as the title says, can I apply two program together, just in case any steam in slower than usual?

Wait for ITA and apply directly.
Dont bother PNP since it will take longer and it will cost more money!

PNP programs have multiple streams, some are EE add-ons for extra points (but part of the same EE application), others are "traditional" (read SLOW) processing.

You do not need PNP points to boost your EE score, so there is no point in applying for an EE PNP program.

You cannot have 2 EE applications at the same time, but you can have an EE and a "traditional" application in process at the same time.

However, you will likely get a decision on your EE application before you can even complete a PNP application. But it is up to you, if you want to "hedge your bets" there's nothing stopping you from applying through a traditional PNP stream.
