Can we apply for PR as single(unaccompanied by spouse) even after getting married?

Yes you can but that would raise suspension around the fact you are trying to get extra CRS points by evading to include your spouse.

It could also hit you back when you want to sponsor your spouse after you become a PR.

Many people have done that but many others had their application refused. So make a judgement call for yourself.
