Hi,
I'm an H1-B working professional in the US, and already have a visitor's visa to Canada. I want to apply for Canada vistor visa for my father who is visiting me in the US on a tourist visa, as a family member representative, by filling out IMM 5713E.
My problem: when I try to do it, it makes me apply for my father "AND MYSELF" too. I don't want to apply for myself as I already have the visitor's visa. However, the online portal lists forms for myself also as "required". How do I apply just for my father as his representative and NOT for myself?
I have applied earlier as family member representative for my mom, but at that time I did need to apply for myself as well, so this wasn't a problem.
Anybody else faced the same situation - any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Thanks!
