I have a 43 year old persons with spouse and 2 kids. With the above details, it seems a hopeless case for me. I am open to PNP but even there except for Prince Edwards Island, I dont see any hopes.

Can any of you have any information which may prove useful?

What is your IELTS score?

Did you get ECA and IELTS for your spouse as well?

Make sure you watch out for SINP express entry stream. With your NOC, you should be able to apply, but the quota is currently full.

They should reopen next year, but keep checking as they recently opened in Nov to take 500 more applications.

I would advise you check the website, create your account, start filling the forms and get supporting documentation, so that when it reopens you can submit your application before the quota is filled again.
