applied visit visa in london vac help plz..

Applied paperbase: November 3rd
biometric and submission is done same day applied in LONDON vac residing in Ireland
currently a student wanting to go to canada for winter vacation
till when should I hear from them??

It's 11 days as per the CIC website for the London visa office. This, of course, is the average processing time

how do they usually request for passports???
when I was submitting my file officer over there said me to courier as soon as you reach ireland but next day when I called Vac London lady over there told me ull be informed when you require it please help on this

You did your biometrics and submitted your application at the London CVAC. The reason they did not take your passport is because you were returning to Ireland the same evening. For paper applications, your passport must be submitted along with your visa application. It's only for online applications that you will get a passport request (on approval).

You did not apply online, right?

I called them today again the lady said they will email you when they required the passports I told her that I applied paper base and she even told it's been forward to high commission as if you send passport without letter which will be in email they won't accept it I have send case specific enquiry as well what to do now please help

You'll have to wait for a reply to your CSE. The visa office will advise you what to do next.

One must submit the passport with the paper application. Anyway. Hopefully you'll hear from the visa office in a day or two
