Applied under FSW in Nov 2014

Hello Friends

I had applied under F.S.W.P in Nov 2014. My full Application was returned to me stating that, they have determined my application does not meet the requirement of Regulations 10 of IRPA. One element of the requirement was missing or Incomplete.
I had sent my original WES report, but this letter states that the ECA does not meet the following requirement as the Copies of the completed foreign education credential attached to ECA report was missing.
I will re-send my application with my foreign credential copies by this week.
Friends, Kindly advice that now when I re submit, will there be any difference to my application, as FSW is closed now.

I am extremenly tensed, so friends Kindly advice me, It will be highly Appreciated.

You can't resubmit your application. The FSW 2014 program is closed and it's too late. You will have to apply under Express Entry.
