Applied SPP Study Permit on 25th July Online fron CHandigarh India

I applied online through agent in Chandigarh Online for SPP study Permit on 25th July. i have 11 backlogs in Btech (66%) but my agent did not provide backlog certificate online (My university PTU do not mention backlogs on certificates) what is processing time through online because my classes are starting last week of august. and what are the chances of approval (Ielts 6.5) applied for PG management course

Not that I am scaring you but someone known to me didn't provide backlog certificate, and, he had all other things in place, but his visa was refused. Hope VO overlooks this thing in your submission and you get approval. Good Luck.
