Applied PR - NLPNP in Sep-2022

Hi,
I have applied PR-NLPNP in Sep-2022, but didn't receive Medical Request . I am currently on work permit and working in Canada with same employer city is "St. John's-NL". Status of Application is InProgress, I called on call center they said my eligibility has passed than I request for GSM notes and received in Dec-2023 , it was written than Eligibility has passed and request for background check, Application is in Etobicoke, I received email on 05-Dec-2023 from Etobicoke-CIC-APR that "your application in a queue for processing, you will be contacted if additional information / document required."
Still I am waiting PR approval time is 13 months in IRCC website and I have completed 17 Months and my PR application still did not approve, anyone can reply me why it is getting too late or what will happen next.

How long it took to get your work permit.? Did you come to Cana on work visa or on study?.

in 2 my WP was issues and work visa stamped on passport, I applied from Saudi Arabia.

Just pray, that's the only thing you can do. IRCC is very unpredictable
