Applied PGWP but study permit and visa is expiring soon

Hello,
I've applied for the Post Graduate Work Permit on June 4, 2018. However, my visa is expiring on July 30, 2018 and my study permit states that I MUST leave Canada by July 30, 2018.

My question is whether I will have to leave Canada if I don't get decision on my work permit before that date? The reason being, it takes longer to get decision from CIC.

As long as your application is under process you are good to stay in Canada.
