applied on 17 Jan-17 still no SA

Hi there..

Hey we have also applied under spousal category on 17 Jan-17. We got AOR1 on 16 Feb-17, accordingly we have linked our application online on 22 Feb. and provided with the requirements i.e. PCC on 22 Feb and Schedule A form on 23 Feb -17.

Since then there is no any updates in our account, nor we have received my SA besides its being a month passed, we have linked our Application.

Application filed later to us got their SA and their application has also been transferred to their respective VO's.

Can anyone please help us, what to do in this circumstances... How n where to inquire about this y its stuck...

I recommend that you request the GCMS notes to see if there is a red flags.

I suggest you check out the thread that corresponds with the month you applied (and explore some of the other similar threads as well as there is an abundance of helpful information) and you will learn as you go along in the process what all the terms and acronyms are and what to expect going forward once your application has been sent.

Thanks for the advice.. I actually was looking at the wrong thread and didn't realize it, I some how thought he made that post on my thread and I was like what does all that mean ,, wow boy did I get confused ..

Yes you are correct
When i got my first AOR, i also got my SA, a week later i had to resend PCC and renewal of his pasaport;
I sent these within a month, and once they received it, jan 19 or so i got another email to confirm they got all the files they need to the office who does the processing (in my case its mexico) and no further action is required on my part. So within 2-6 weeks i got all the emails confirmation.
