Applied Last week of January, still no AOR

I have applied my Canadian Citizenship Application last January via Canada Express-post and the tracking said that it was received. However, i still haven't received my AOR after 2 months. My friend applied later than me and after a month, he already received an email that they got his application. How much longer do i have to wait for my AOR to come?

Sometimes IRCC send AOR by e-mail sometimes by regular mail. So if your agent have chosen to sent a regular mail and you still haven't received it most probably Canada Post have lost it.

This happens from time to time, because different agents work in a different way. Some of them still believe that all the regular mail is delivered by Canada post which is not true. But they still send important correspondence by regular mail, putting all that communication at risk to be lost.
